Last week was a fun design challenge. I opened up a box of cross-stitch products! You should check out what 3 Birds Design (a part of Pulsar) is offering! There are some pieces that are specific to jewelry but others that are not – frames, journals, etc.
I returned to the pendant blanks later in the evening and made the pendant shown above. I used Soft Flex .019: Butterscotch Topaz, Citrine, Spinel, Pink Tourmaline and Pink Rhodocrosite. I tested the idea of adding beads at the top, but in hindsight, I think that I would have liked exposing the wire at the top too and maybe adding beads at the bottom. That just gives me something to try next time!
